Great staff, bad range. Very tight standing space on the lanes. The Shockwave rattles worse than any other range ive been on so its very distracting when someone is in the lane next to you. I'd suggest some cheap acoustic foam to dampin the vibration. Staff was very knowledgeable but ive shot there twice and was disappointed twice. I do like the digital display on the range but disappointed on the space and heavy vibration

This gun range is top billing. It is a very safe and secure environment. I wish I could go more often. The gentleman and ladies who work at OT gun range are very helpful, pleasant, polite and respectful to lady customers as well overwhelmingly professional. Lastly, they are also very knowledgeable in current firearm and gun laws state to state. Thank you OnTarget for all you do in making me feel like part of the OT family.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, clean facility, everyone was so nice and friendly. All the staff looked so happy and that tells me they enjoy their job. That's good to see! All the equipment worked properly, very new high tech target machines. The staff did a great job at checking ammo and guns for safety, they even helped me learn an easier way to load my AR-15. Just don't be a dummy, do your research, know the rules ahead of going there. It's all on their website. Don't have a bad experience because you didn't learn the rules.

Clean, modern range with friendly employees. The membership option is a good deal if you train frequently. The best part is the ability to draw from holster and rapid fire after showing the rangemaster that you're safe. Not sure any other shooting range in the area offers that.

I was planning to buy a gun so I want to see which one was convenience for me but he was rushing me so I decided to rent one , I was asking the black Men in his 40’s very rude and unprofessional I asked him how much I was looking at $. He didn’t have the answer and made me fill up all the paperwork (my personal information) got my debit card and D.license and left me there waiting passing my license to the other employee who gave me different prices. I kept asking how much I was going to spend in total. he allready knew which gun I picked but he won’t say the total, I had to wait until he attended all the customer 4 employees tried to use one computer or register and he said I have to wait until the other guy finishes so he can give me the prices. Unbelievable. I won’t comeback there.

First off the guy at the counter I think his name was Michael was so polite and kind. Great customer service. He treated me and my friend really nice. Definetly coming back here again, the rest of the staff was also very great most of them veterans. Great place to go practice or buy a weapon. Came here like 2 weeks ago. Especial recognition to Michael, 100% recommended.

A friend and I just completed a Basic HandGun Class that was taught by Doug.. I've got to say that Doug is a top notch instructor that presents the class in an easy to learn format.. I found Doug to be very attentive to his students' needs and is willing to spend time addressing individual issues..  Id recommend Doug, and On Target to anyone that has an interest in handguns and the safe use of weapons..  I'll continue to use On Target as my go to gun shop and range.. My adult daughter and I took the Basic Handgun class at OTS last Saturday. Guns have always scared me but i wanted my daughter to know the basics of gun safety. DOUG is a natural teacher and did a great job! We feel much more confident in properly handling a gun and being around them. I have a better understanding now why so many people are interested in this hobby. This class seems to be geared toward people like us and people who already have a gun but want to learn more. I will be treating my other daughter to this class next month.

THE BEST RANGE IN JACKSONVILLE!!! These guys are truly awesome. Every member of the staff is super professional helpful and knowledgeable. Well kept state of the art facility making every visit enjoyable. Safety is a HUGE priority for them and they do a great job of making every customer feel safe at all times. The range safety officers are awesome, and help out in every way they possibly can from YouTube recommendations, to helping zero optics, to making first time shooters feel very comfortable and coaching them along the way. These guys are LEGIT. The NFA section of the store is also very helpful and has went out of their way to help, from installing equipment on my firearms to giving extremely helpful info regarding NFA purchases. I recently ordered a suppressor and the entire process at OTS has been smooth as butter. All in all, this is THE #1 place to go shoot and have a great time!

Greats folks here. Lots of knowledge of NFA weapons. Range is digitally controlled and nice and cool. Well ventilated also. Range safety officers there are really watchful (a good thing) and helpful if there are issues. It gets pretty busy but people cycle in and out pretty quickly. There’s a comfy couch and drink machine if you need to wait for anything.
