I can't put into words how much I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful there. You actually get greeted once you step inside (this is missing from many establishments nowadays). Danny, who was inside the range, was extremely helpful to my father-in-law and me. He helped to get us started and gave both of us some very useful advice/insights to how we were shooting and how to fix any problems with the gun as they came up. My father-in-law and I cannot wait to come back next Monday and get our memberships. We plan on making this our once-a-week hobby to become more proficient with our weapons. The facility is top notch and clean. They have everything you could possibly need in store and are more than happy to help you figure out what would work best for you and your guns. Also, being new to guns, they never judge or make you feel stupid for not knowing something. They are absolutely there to help you become more knowledgeable and become a better shooter. I highly recommend this place for all your shooting, gun and accessory needs. Keep up the great work and see you guys soon!

I wanted to get my Conceal Carry License, so I took the basic gun course here (maybe 2 months ago?) since I've only gone with friends a few times to other ranges. The course was long, but worth it. The instructor, Mark, was fantastic. He was very attentive and very good at what he does. I highly recommend anybody who wants to learn and get comfortable with gun safety to take this course. Well worth the time and money. Thank you, Mark! I went by today and had a great time there on the range. I will definitely be back as I got my membership card today. Looking forward to going back!

I love On Target. The range people have always been friendly. They make sure i am doing things safe as well as other guests. Only complaint is I wish they were closer to south St Augustine so I would shot more often.

I took the Ladies Only Basic Handgun Class with Lori Thomas and she was phenomenal! This class is a must take even if you have no or little interest in firing a hand gun. It takes the fear and unknown by teaching what it takes to be responsible gun owner. Lori was extremely patient and understanding of all our concerns and anxieties about hand guns. Thank you OTS for hosting!

First off the guy at the counter I think his name was Michael was so polite and kind. Great customer service. He treated me and my friend really nice. Definetly coming back here again, the rest of the staff was also very great most of them veterans. Great place to go practice or buy a weapon. Came here like 2 weeks ago. Especial recognition to Michael, 100% recommended.

Clean, organized and professional staff. Range ammo is okay, pricewise, but I usually carry my own, so can't comment on them. Shooting lane is good, functional, but I wish they have longer range for rifle use

Purchased a brand new Smith & Wesson 9mm from this store. When we got home, we opened the box to load the magazines and had two issues. The bottom of the mid-sized magazine is coming off, kind of like an old shoe sole. In addition, none of the magazines can be inserted into the firearm when fully loaded. I called OTS and they stated that they don’t make the guns and there are no returns, even when a brand new, unfired weapon has obvious issues immediately after purchase despite never having been fired. I took the gun into the store to have them look at it and they advised me to try calling Smith & Wesson and that they don’t offer any help whatsoever at the store. Regarding the fully loaded magazine not loading into the gun, I was told by OTS staff just to bang on it. Im a repeat customer here for firearms, ammo and accessories but I can no longer recommend this business and will not be purchasing anything else here. UPDATE: 6/22/23 In response to OTS reply to my review above where they state that I “became irate” with Austin, nothing could be further from the truth. At no time was I irate or disrespectful. I simply asked if I was understanding correctly that they don’t do anything at all to help a customer with a brand new, unused firearm that had just been purchased from their store - and is clearly defective out of the box. At no time did I become “irate” or even remotely raise my voice etc. I replied by calmly stating that I too own a business and that we handle our business differently, and that I had learned a valuable lesson through this experience at OTS. I won’t be back, and again, I don’t recommend this business any longer, especially after their gross mischaracterization of my interaction with the staff in their reply to my original review.

Had a great experience today! I'm new to shooting and the guys here are so kind and more than willing to help you. They gave me tips to feel more comfortable when shooting and I look forward to going back. Nice place overall.

Great staff, good gun selection for rent, bad air flow (my glasses fogged up easily, would bring a small fan next time), nice accessory inventory. But having to empty all my magazines to check for steel was the worst. Huge waste of time. The range rules page made it seem like magazines couldn't be brought in while in a gun, but no, all mags need to be empty. I might return to meet up with buddies.

My husband and another couple friend came to practice their shooting skills,the place is very organized,the staff helpful and polite,they have cleanliness awareness It was pricey for us though since we used and bought everything from them. We will bring our own ammo next time
