Nicest indoor range on air quality in the area. Don't bring too many guns at once it's just tough. I really wish they had a better policy on zeroing rifles. We need a stable platform or I'm just limiting my zero to how shaky my hands are that day. The range price is very fair especially for the quality of the range. I left disappointed just due to the limited time and I mean I have to load my mags so I have to carry even more into the range and spend my very limited time loading magazines. It's just tough unless you are shooting pistols only with iron sights.

Hands down the best gun range in Jax. It’s clean, has A/C in the range, has electronic controls for your target. The staff are chill and answer your questions. Nice selection of firearms and accessories. And a nice bonus is that it’s veteran owned!

This gun range is top billing. It is a very safe and secure environment. I wish I could go more often. The gentleman and ladies who work at OT gun range are very helpful, pleasant, polite and respectful to lady customers as well overwhelmingly professional. Lastly, they are also very knowledgeable in current firearm and gun laws state to state. Thank you OnTarget for all you do in making me feel like part of the OT family.

It's been over a decade since I have done any shooting, so I signed up for their basic handgun safety and handling course for the refresher. I not only had the safety refresher I was hoping for, but some really good tips for aiming/breathing/control that we could practice dryfire with 'laser guns' in the class room before going out to the real firing range. Instructor Doug was awesome, but everyone there was friendly and welcoming - I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

I took the Basic Handgun Class with Mark Singleton and he was phenomenal. The class was balanced well with a presentation and live practice. This was my first time with any firearm, and Mark's lessons in the class and his pointers on the range were great. I'll be back to this range in the future! A customer of mine Johnathan Errico recommended this range, and I can see why.

Mark is very Knowledgable. I asked so many basic and stupid questions, and he answered with patience. There is only thing I wish they can make some changes. The target paper, most of the time, it is our first target palate, and I believe we want to keep it. It is required that our coach has to keep it, and we can only take a picture of it. We believe, we can stick 2 papers on the board, and we can take one home, and they can keep one as their record. Anyway, perfect experience! Highly recommend.

I don't shoot at this range (I prefer a range that I can move around, run drills and draw from a holster), but I needed a part for my Clock and after calling and stopping at 4 other gun shops, OTS had the part I needed and they confirmed that it was the right part with Glock and even replaced it for me!! I was in and out in under 10 minutes and they educated me on what to do to not have the same problem in the future!! I may not shoot here, but I will definitely be stopping in whenever I need gear or equipment!! And the staff was very friendly and professional!!

Purchased a brand new Smith & Wesson 9mm from this store. When we got home, we opened the box to load the magazines and had two issues. The bottom of the mid-sized magazine is coming off, kind of like an old shoe sole. In addition, none of the magazines can be inserted into the firearm when fully loaded. I called OTS and they stated that they don’t make the guns and there are no returns, even when a brand new, unfired weapon has obvious issues immediately after purchase despite never having been fired. I took the gun into the store to have them look at it and they advised me to try calling Smith & Wesson and that they don’t offer any help whatsoever at the store. Regarding the fully loaded magazine not loading into the gun, I was told by OTS staff just to bang on it. Im a repeat customer here for firearms, ammo and accessories but I can no longer recommend this business and will not be purchasing anything else here. UPDATE: 6/22/23 In response to OTS reply to my review above where they state that I “became irate” with Austin, nothing could be further from the truth. At no time was I irate or disrespectful. I simply asked if I was understanding correctly that they don’t do anything at all to help a customer with a brand new, unused firearm that had just been purchased from their store - and is clearly defective out of the box. At no time did I become “irate” or even remotely raise my voice etc. I replied by calmly stating that I too own a business and that we handle our business differently, and that I had learned a valuable lesson through this experience at OTS. I won’t be back, and again, I don’t recommend this business any longer, especially after their gross mischaracterization of my interaction with the staff in their reply to my original review.

This review is about a month late, but like the saying goes, “it’s better late than never”. I can’t say enough about the staff and experience at On Target Sports. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted in a professional and pleasant manner. Oz at the front desk was extremely helpful, informative, and pleasant. I had just purchased a new P365X macro & needed the optics zeroed. OTS Range Safety officer, Ryan was gracious enough to take his time, and zero in my optics. He was never in a rush, and was extremely informative and helpful, giving me a great deal of valuable advice. Truly appreciate his time, professionalism, and patience. I will recommend On Target Sports to all my friends and family.
