I took the Basic Handgun Class with Mark Singleton and he was phenomenal. The class was balanced well with a presentation and live practice. This was my first time with any firearm, and Mark's lessons in the class and his pointers on the range were great. I'll be back to this range in the future! A customer of mine Johnathan Errico recommended this range, and I can see why.

I love On Target. The range people have always been friendly. They make sure i am doing things safe as well as other guests. Only complaint is I wish they were closer to south St Augustine so I would shot more often.

My adult daughter and I took the Basic Handgun class at OTS last Saturday. Guns have always scared me but i wanted my daughter to know the basics of gun safety. DOUG is a natural teacher and did a great job! We feel much more confident in properly handling a gun and being around them. I have a better understanding now why so many people are interested in this hobby. This class seems to be geared toward people like us and people who already have a gun but want to learn more. I will be treating my other daughter to this class next month.

First time experience today and enjoyed every bit of it. Customer service was great. Shooting range was clean. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Definitely will be going back.

I've been a member for about 2 years. I was a member for a year and just rejoined actually during Black Friday. So glad I was able to rejoin they have always been a great help. Especially lately Michael one of the rangemasters so I would just like to acknowledge him for all his great help when I come in to shoot since I use a wheelchair he's always willing to help and put my targets up period.

Stopped in during my trip down to Florida. I rented a full auto while I was there since that's not allowed in my state. Awesome experience, I got there at opening but I had to wait a little bit for a lane but it wasn't bad. I had a quick safety brief then was mostly left to myself under supervision. Great experience and rates were more than reasonable, I highly recommend stopping in here.

ZACH IN PARTICULAR IS RUDE. He was the one I talked to on the phone. Doesn’t care about his customers and you can tell. You call that a manager? You have your priorities misconstrued if you think that’s an example of what a manager should be. I have literally had to jump through HOOPS to have a gun shipped in and processed at on target sports from a place that does not have brick and mortar stores, only for the staff to not tell me about policies that one would think would be important. I live far from this side of town, and making it over this way is difficult. So for me to come pick up my fire arm for them to tell me I have to wait - again, mind you, for ANOTHER background check, is ridiculously frustrating. On top of the fact they’ve been unhelpful and unaccomadating with a family friend of mine who was in a wheelchair, to the point we went somewhere else completely, also points to the fact that this place lacks in a lot of different places. In my humble opinion. I don’t feel the customer service is where it should be. It just feels like the people here don’t care about customers. Go somewhere else. Dont waste your time. And don’t have your employees telling people one thing, like “oh it’s not gonna be days. It’ll probably be a few hours.” And then on the phone, telling someone “yeah it’ll probably be a few days, it’ll come back when it comes back.” And then on top of that, a disrespectful tone and attitude on the phone, it’s like all they care about is themselves. A huge part of customer service is actually caring about the customer, not only has the communication been completely lacking, but it feels truly as if they’re there for your money and don’t care about the fact that anyone takes time out of their busy schedule to come see them or do business with them. I would not recommend. Just, don’t. And at the end of the call, he says is a demeaning condescending tone about coming in with a better attitude. Clearly your company’s priorities are not in order. Have fun with that! And then I will also add, that Zach came over to me to argue with me while I was trying to pick up my gun and leave, because I want nothing to do with this store and I will never be back and I can promise you that. I’ve worked many jobs in retail and sales, to argue with your customers is the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. Good riddance.

I took the ladies- only handgun class so that I could become familiar with my personal gun. The information that I received was WONDERFUL. I have my conceived carry license already but I wanted something that actually TAUGHT me about guns so that I know what I'm handling. I'm so glad I took this class. The ladies were motivational and the instructors were knowledgeable- always willing to explain in detail any questions we had. I highly recommend this class to any lady looking to know more about their gun and getting their license.

Took the handgun training class here, my instructor was Jonathan! He provided a very detailed but simple class on safety, posture, aim, etc. Highly recommend coming here! There was a lot of grey areas I had involving guns but after learning the components and anatomy of the gun, it made me feel less timid of the gun while maintaining safety.
