Nicest indoor range on air quality in the area. Don't bring too many guns at once it's just tough. I really wish they had a better policy on zeroing rifles. We need a stable platform or I'm just limiting my zero to how shaky my hands are that day. The range price is very fair especially for the quality of the range. I left disappointed just due to the limited time and I mean I have to load my mags so I have to carry even more into the range and spend my very limited time loading magazines. It's just tough unless you are shooting pistols only with iron sights.

I've been a member for about 2 years. I was a member for a year and just rejoined actually during Black Friday. So glad I was able to rejoin they have always been a great help. Especially lately Michael one of the rangemasters so I would just like to acknowledge him for all his great help when I come in to shoot since I use a wheelchair he's always willing to help and put my targets up period.

Absolutely amazing store and gun range. The range officers do an amazing job and are great at what they do, especially the heavily tattooed one. The sales staff and management are top notch and knowledgeable on anything firearm related. Would recommend to anyone looking to shoot at a good range or who is looking to buy a new firearm.

I've lived in Jacksonville for about 25 years now. I've shot at nearly every range in the city. At one point I was shooting twice a week for several years during my lunch hour. Since the first day I shot at OTS, I haven't used a single other indoor range. The facilities are top notch. It's cool in the summer. It's warm in the winter. The fees are very reasonable. The store has a good selection of some of the finest quality firearms for sale, and a decent selection of weapons for rent at, also, very reasonable prices. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable about their products, and professional. Unlike other ranges, their range officers are present, watchful and helpful at all times. I never feel it's unsafe to shoot there...something I can't say about all the other indoor ranges in town. Their training department is top notch as well. The Training Director, Scott Whigham, is a wealth of knowledge about self defense training techniques, to Florida and Federal gun law, to everything you want/need to know about most common (and even not so common) firearms and their accessories. My goto resource for gear, training and firearms locally. I highly recommend you try out this store for you next purchase and the range for you next training day.

I took the ladies- only handgun class so that I could become familiar with my personal gun. The information that I received was WONDERFUL. I have my conceived carry license already but I wanted something that actually TAUGHT me about guns so that I know what I'm handling. I'm so glad I took this class. The ladies were motivational and the instructors were knowledgeable- always willing to explain in detail any questions we had. I highly recommend this class to any lady looking to know more about their gun and getting their license.

This gun range is top billing. It is a very safe and secure environment. I wish I could go more often. The gentleman and ladies who work at OT gun range are very helpful, pleasant, polite and respectful to lady customers as well overwhelmingly professional. Lastly, they are also very knowledgeable in current firearm and gun laws state to state. Thank you OnTarget for all you do in making me feel like part of the OT family.

Hands down the best gun range in Jax. It’s clean, has A/C in the range, has electronic controls for your target. The staff are chill and answer your questions. Nice selection of firearms and accessories. And a nice bonus is that it’s veteran owned!

I’m an experienced shooter and frequent gun shops and ranges regularly. On a given week I visit on target twice to shoot. The shop is clean and staffed with friendly team members who do not give off the vibe of “ gun shop commandos”. This is the only shop in the city that did not gouge on ammo prices during the shortage and I made it a point to remember that. I’ll do my business here from here on out. Great place

THE BEST RANGE IN JACKSONVILLE!!! These guys are truly awesome. Every member of the staff is super professional helpful and knowledgeable. Well kept state of the art facility making every visit enjoyable. Safety is a HUGE priority for them and they do a great job of making every customer feel safe at all times. The range safety officers are awesome, and help out in every way they possibly can from YouTube recommendations, to helping zero optics, to making first time shooters feel very comfortable and coaching them along the way. These guys are LEGIT. The NFA section of the store is also very helpful and has went out of their way to help, from installing equipment on my firearms to giving extremely helpful info regarding NFA purchases. I recently ordered a suppressor and the entire process at OTS has been smooth as butter. All in all, this is THE #1 place to go shoot and have a great time!

Happened to drive by and decided to stop in. The had everything I expected from and much much more, many things I didn't even know exited for were available and guns on the shelf that I had only seen in demonstrations previously and the staff was extremely nice and competent on some random items and questions I had about them.
