Great staff, good gun selection for rent, bad air flow (my glasses fogged up easily, would bring a small fan next time), nice accessory inventory. But having to empty all my magazines to check for steel was the worst. Huge waste of time. The range rules page made it seem like magazines couldn't be brought in while in a gun, but no, all mags need to be empty. I might return to meet up with buddies.

Very disappointed was visiting my family in Jacksonville from Canada and couldn’t wait to go the range. We got there my family had their own guns for us to shoot. Filled in the paper work gave out I.d whole process good to go. Went inside a gentleman friendly enough I guess went through the procedure my brother in law was already very knowledgeable so we started it was good so far. About 20 or so minutes into shooting a man came in and asked if we had a green card we said no as we are Canadian citizens he said Canadians aren’t allowed to shoot guns some new law made recently (not true) and said we had to leave immediately. If your a facility be aware of your laws Canadians can shoot at gun ranges needless to say don’t go there if your a tourist better off in somewhere like Orlando or Fort Lauderdale where they are more accustomed to Tourists and the actual laws. (Had to add) from looking at the responses from the company to the complaints they basically tell you that your wrong and how great there staff actually is lol so please no need for a response just had to say.

I took the All Ladies Handgun Class with the instructor Lori and I loved it. As a beginner, I appreciate the safety precaution this shooting range takes on. I can definitely see myself coming here more often.

Took a basic handgun class with Mark. He was informative and educational. Very good at keeping things safe and serious in regards to gun safety while balancing that with a little fun and laughter. I'd take another class from him in a hearrbeat.

I recently attended a basic handgun course on November 23, 2024 and it was an excellent experience. The instructor, Mark, was incredibly kind, patient, and informative. As a first-time shooter with no prior experience, I was initially nervous, but Mark made sure everyone in the class understood how to safely and effectively handle their firearms. His teaching style was approachable, and he took the time to ensure no one was left behind. Since I’m not a gun owner, I chose to rent a firearm and wasn’t sure which one to select. One of the staff members suggested the Smith & Wesson .380 EZ Shield, explaining it was a great choice for beginners (and one of the first guns he purchased for his wife). It turned out to be an excellent recommendation—it was easy to use once I got the hang of it, and by the end of the course, I felt much more confident. In fact, I enjoyed the experience so much that I think I’ve fallen in love with shooting and am already planning to purchase a firearm soon! The facility itself was very clean, and the entire staff was friendly and courteous. The day before my class, I spoke with Dylan to confirm details, and he was incredibly helpful and polite. From start to finish, the professionalism and warmth of everyone involved made the experience memorable. Thank you, Mark, for your patience and dedication! I highly recommended this basic handgun course with Mark for anyone looking to get started with firearms in a safe, supportive environment.

I don't shoot at this range (I prefer a range that I can move around, run drills and draw from a holster), but I needed a part for my Clock and after calling and stopping at 4 other gun shops, OTS had the part I needed and they confirmed that it was the right part with Glock and even replaced it for me!! I was in and out in under 10 minutes and they educated me on what to do to not have the same problem in the future!! I may not shoot here, but I will definitely be stopping in whenever I need gear or equipment!! And the staff was very friendly and professional!!

Took the conceal carry class and it was full of useful information. Doug was a great instructor and explained all of the laws and rules when it comes to conceal carrying. Overall great class.

I wanted to get my Conceal Carry License, so I took the basic gun course here (maybe 2 months ago?) since I've only gone with friends a few times to other ranges. The course was long, but worth it. The instructor, Mark, was fantastic. He was very attentive and very good at what he does. I highly recommend anybody who wants to learn and get comfortable with gun safety to take this course. Well worth the time and money. Thank you, Mark! I went by today and had a great time there on the range. I will definitely be back as I got my membership card today. Looking forward to going back!

I just took the basic handgun class yesterday and all I can keep thinking is WOW how come I didn’t do this before 🤩 first of all as a person who never touched a gun before or has ever been near a shooting range I’m glad I chose OTS. The staff makes you feel welcome and safe the minute you walk through the front door. Lori was an amazing teacher , her respect for the guns, safety awareness teachings, I mean I can go on and on about it ❤️❤️ I feel so pleased with the class and the place I invited my daughter to take the class next month. 5⭐️++

The people here are always so willing to help. I had and issue with a firearm and they had no problem helping me out and fixing the issue for me.
